So my life has been a little chaotic. I took a two month trip, got really sick, had to wipe my computer, etc, etc. I only recently re-installed sims on there. I don't play as much as I used to, but I'm thinking about starting back up my DOARS and Thiel family.
The Thiels in game are all finished, generation 10 is an adult (and the spouse of a new legacy I'm playing, lol), so the only thing that needs to be done there is to write the thing. Should be fun, I still have really exciting plans for that and what not.
I'm a little less certain of DOARS I put the save file back in my game like... 5 minutes ago, but I've changed a lot of things with my game set-up and what mods I use (I don't use any outside of MC) so I'm just not sure that I'll really be able to continue with that. Well, anyway, I suppose I'll just have to go try in.
Basically, I'm not dead. I'm getting back into simming, and although my life is crazy busy, I think I may just start blogging about my sims again. :)
Okay and how can Sims not be a good topic for NaNoWriMo? :P :P :P Otherwise, I'm looking forward to you picking this back up. :D
ReplyDeleteI'm a little confused- you asking why I backed out of nanowrimo, but am still going to do sims blogging? Sorry, brains not at peak condition today, tooo much fun in the sun yesterday. :D
DeleteWell, blogging doesn't require like... 50000 words in a month, lol. :D
Great to see you back! I was enjoying both DOARS and Thiels, and I'll be thrilled to read them if you get around to writing again!
ReplyDeleteI actually did manage to save DOARS and am working on a post now. :D Yay! I actually enjoyed reading DOARS again. It's a really good thing I re-read it, because I had forgotten a lot! As for the Thiels, well, I'm thinking about how exactly to format the next chapter, so it'll be a little while before anything on that is updated.
